Wyrm is made from parts of hard drives (the motor?) and half a watch, a pair of keys, the inside of a watch, the speaker of a nokia 3360, and various other bits and peices. It's head can rotate, and it's mouth is magnetic, so it can eat things in the same way that Barbie can.

Wyrm is an alien probe, sent to earth to discover whether there was squishy life. Obviously, squishiness is the feature that its masters thought was most important. Although the humans it found were not as squishy as its masters would have liked, Wyrm was very taken in by them. Wyrm was never recognized as an individual on its home planet, due to his extreme lack of squishiness. On Earth, however, Wyrm found many robots who were extremely welcoming.

Needless to say, Wyrm has not seen any reason to return to his homeland.
